Download files and folders

Downloading files or folders is very similar to uploading, and you can download many folders and files with just one drag and drop or by several clicks. There are two ways to download:

The first and recommended way is to select the folder(s)/file(s) either in the left navigation pane or in the right list. Then right click the selected item(s), select “Download…”, then select the destination folder in the popup dialog box. The whole downloading process will start automatically.

The second way is to drag the selected items and drop them where you want them. Note: In the drag and drop downloading process, the downloaded files/folders will first download to the hidden temp directory on your system. They will not be moved to the destination folder until all the files have finished downloading. If this process is stopped before it finishes downloading, none of the files will be in the destination folder.
